When clients come to me, they're usually feeling...
-
Exhausted
Moms do so much for their families that at the end of the day it can feel like there is nothing left and they are just a shell of who they used to be. When spending time with others it’s hard to relax, have fun, and enjoy their company.
-
Worried
About how they are going to get through the constant list of things that have to get done. Cooking, dishes, helping their kids with homework, schedule appointments, their own work, etc. It never ends.
-
Guilty
They feel like they’re failing because they can’t do it all. They worry that they are letting their kids down and they are not enough for them. Mom guilt is real.
